Understanding Florida Bail Bond Premiums
In Florida, the state bail bond premium is 10% of the bond amount, and federal bonds require a 15% premium, as regulated by Fla. Stat. § 648.33. Any bond amount below $1,000 is charged the state minimum premium of $100.00. Amen Bail Bonds does not advertise discounted rates.
Disclaimer: Final pricing, collateral, and eligibility depend on the case, court, surety requirements, and Florida law. Please call us directly at 239-309-5415 to discuss your specific situation.
